The Hynkel party is used as a way to make reference to the Nazi party which came to power in Germany after the end of the First World War. History attributes the rise to power of the Nazi regime to the economic depression which shook the country after the end of the first war. Because Germany was on the losing side, they were forced to pay reparations to the countries they attacked. This factor, combined with the great loses of men and workforce during the war brought the country to the brick of collapse.

A dictator is a person who has absolute power or control over the people living in that region. A dictator behaves like the King without any hierarchy or legacy but has the utmost control over that region. A dictator can be good as well as bad, it is totally dependent on the fact that whether the dictator is using his power for the welfare of the people or not. This is what matters in the ends and not the fact that the ruler is a dictator.
A revolution has begun by the people in the Middle East against their long time dictators. Thousands of protestors were gathered on the streets with posters, shouting for change and democracy. Why would there be protests unless the people are unsatisfied with the way the country is governed. Why would they go against their dictator unless they feel they have no rights and that they have no voice. Unlimited power should.
