In , the UK Government committed to reaching net zero carbon emissions by And with heightened awareness post-Covid of other aspects of corporate social responsibility, sustainability and building a low-carbon future are key areas for every organisation, whether public or private sector. Most of our research now has a strong sustainability element, giving us expertise that benefits all our clients. We help Local Authorities, Regulators and other Government organisations to achieve their Net Zero targets in the key areas of energy efficiency, transport, and connecting local renewables. Our consumer research is focused on food and drink, retail, homecare, smart home tech, e-cigs, personal care, consumer healthcare, and new and emerging technologies.

On 9 July , Ofgem published its Draft Determinations for the RIIO-T2 period, setting out its first formal response to our Business Plan for the next price control period, which was subject to a period of public consultation. Our response to Ofgem's consultation can be found here. During the course of the meeting, presentations were given by both ourselves and our independent RIIO-T2 User Group, and slides from both can be accessed below.
